What every plan does the same way
- Ospri reads each account's latest ~20 posts on every scan (YouTube: Shorts only). Pinned posts are skipped.
- A creator's usual views are the median of their latest 10 posts that are at least 48 hours old. A post at 2× that or more counts as a breakout. You can change the 2×. How breakouts work
- It works on public TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts. Private ones can't be read.
- It doesn't analyse your own account. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube's own analytics already do that well.

No. Tracking and rescans are part of every plan. Credits only pay for Remix: 50 to start one (the first answer is included) and 10 for each follow-up.
Yes. Your balance refills to your plan's amount every month, monthly or yearly. Unused credits don't carry over.
Email support@ospri.ai within 14 days of subscribing and you get a full refund. That's the whole process.
Yes, in Settings → Billing. Upgrading tops up your credits for the rest of the month. Downgrading below the number of accounts you track pauses the newest ones; nothing gets deleted.
Not yet. Every plan is one login. Enterprise tracks 20 accounts, which suits an agency, but everyone shares the one login.
