1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ospri ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Ospri is a product operated by Shinwoo Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the Service

Ospri is a competitor intelligence platform for short-form content creators. The Service scans publicly available content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, detects outperforming posts, and provides AI-powered tools to remix winning ideas into new scripts.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One person or entity per account unless on an Enterprise plan with multiple seats
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscriptions and billing

Ospri offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
You can cancel at any time from the Settings page — access continues until the end of the current period
Refunds and billing disputes are handled under our Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Credits

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed by scanning competitors, generating AI insights, and using the Remixer. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit balances reset on the first day of each billing cycle.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to harass, stalk, or infringe on any person's rights
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to access the Service outside of the provided interface
Resell access to the Service or its data without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Ospri name, logo, and interface are our property. Content you create using the Service (scripts, insights, exports) belongs to you. Competitor data displayed in the Service is sourced from publicly available content on third-party platforms.

8. AI-generated content

The AI Remixer and AI Insights features generate content using third-party AI models. AI output is provided as-is and may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or specific results. Ospri scans publicly available data and is not responsible for changes in third-party platform APIs or availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ospri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
