Refund Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee
Shinwoo Co., Ltd., the operator of Ospri, offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or purchase, you may request a refund within that 7-day window.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us by email at support@ospri.ai.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your account email address
- The date of your purchase
- The transaction ID or receipt number, if available
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
3. Refund processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and, if it is approved, process it within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be needed for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under this policy, your request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase. Requests submitted after that period are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
5. Subscription cancellations
If you cancel your subscription, it will not renew for the next billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund unless your request also qualifies under the 7-day money-back guarantee.
6. Non-refundable items
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Refund requests that do not comply with this policy
- Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors
7. Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at support@ospri.ai so we can review the charge and help resolve the issue promptly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the last updated date above.
